• Contact information — your first name, last name, and email address, entered in the enrollment form before checkout.
• Payment information— processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or have access to your card number, CVV, or billing address. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to that data.
• Usage data — pages visited, time spent, and general browsing behavior, collected automatically by Google Analytics 4 (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To fulfill your purchase and deliver access to the Stop the Spiral course library.
• To send you a welcome email with your access link via Klaviyo.
• To resend your access link if you request it through the re-access page.
• To verify your purchase if you contact us for support.
• To improve the site and understand how visitors use it (via anonymized analytics).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Email Communications

By purchasing, you will receive a transactional welcome email containing your course access link. Occasionally we may send relevant updates about the course or related resources from Alara Vaiana. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We retain your name, email, and purchase record in Stripe and Klaviyo for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide lifetime access to the course. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7). Note that Stripe retains transaction records for legal and financial compliance purposes independent of our request.

8. Children’s Privacy

This site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
