Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing Stop the Spiral. By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase the course.
Stop the Spiral is a self-paced, digital course created by Alara Vaiana consisting of five audio sessions, a Companion Guide PDF, and bonus audio content. All materials are delivered digitally and accessible immediately upon purchase through the course library at sts.alaravaiana.com/portal.
The course is available for a one-time payment of $47 USD, charged at the time of purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not accept buy-now-pay-later payment methods.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your access link to the course library.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Stop the Spiralis a digital product. Upon completing your purchase, you receive immediate access to all course materials, including the ability to stream and download the audio sessions, Companion Guide PDF, and bonus content. Because the full product is delivered and accessible at the moment of purchase, there is no way to “return” a digital deliverable once it has been accessed or downloaded. For this reason, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the course, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Your purchase grants you lifetime personal access to the course materials. You may stream or download the audio files and PDF for your own use. Access is tied to the email address used at checkout. If you lose access to your course library, you may request a new access link at sts.alaravaiana.com/portal/access or by emailing info@alaravaiana.com.
We reserve the right to discontinue hosting at any time, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and an opportunity to download materials before any service discontinuation.
All content included in Stop the Spiral — including but not limited to audio recordings, written materials, graphics, and course structure — is the exclusive intellectual property of Alara Vaiana and is protected by copyright law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alara Vaiana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of Stop the Spiral. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course ($47 USD).
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
